Educator (m/f/d) for nature-oriented Montessori children's house in the Taunus region

The stork was there - and poof, we are missing dear colleagues! That's why we are looking for a teacher for our children in the support for our Children's house (3-6 years) as soon as possible!

  • Unlimited
  • Ideally full-time, but part-time is also possible
  • Performance-related remuneration in line with TVöD

Are you a passionate educator? Are you as curious and eager to learn as our children? You like to spend time in nature - even if the weather is not so great? And you like to take responsibility? Then you've come to the right place!

If you have already completed an AMI 3-6 training, and have a bachelor in education you are one of our top candidates - but you are also welcome as a Montessori newcomer!

With us you will find

  • a cheerful working atmosphere
  • a respectful, appreciative interaction within the team
  • Mindfulness - in dealing with oneself, with others and with nature
  • Joy of lifelong learning in all small and large people

This is how we work:

  • We combine Montessori education with nature education.
  • We have the individual child in mind.
  • We design our educational offers according to the respective developmental needs of the children.
  • We accompany the children on their way to independence.
  • We set limits to give the greatest possible freedom.
  • We give the children a lot of credit so that they can grow.
  • We attach great importance to our bright group rooms being lovingly and carefully prepared.

Who are we?

  • A small but fine private educational institution for children from the age of 1 until the end of primary school
  • A wonderful place of learning for around 55 children
