- You have the Teaching profession for primary school (alternatively for secondary level I) successfully with the 2nd State Examination completed.
- You are highly motivated and would like to accompany children individually in their learning and development process.
- You have dealt with the basic ideas of Montessori education and you really want to get to know her better.
- You like to work independent and are just as happy to take over Responsibility.
- Lifelong learning is a personal concern for you.
- You also like to work with the children outside the classroom and in the Nature.
- You are available as soon as possiblebut no later than 1 August 2022.
- You have already gained some practical experience in a Montessori learning environment.
- You can communicate in English.
- Every child should have the opportunity to learn at his or her own pace.
- Every child has strengths and weaknesses; I want to support each child to build on their strengths and work on their weaknesses.
- The freedom of the individual has as its limit the freedom of others.
